Now, members of Discount Domain Club’s Domain Pro tier can access filtered GoDaddy search data for their Afternic listings, right from their Afternic portfolio.

Introducing Exact Match Search Insights

GoDaddy search data represents key interest signals from GoDaddy, the world’s largest registrar.

This data is available for all of your Afternic-listed domains, regardless of where you have them registered.

We call this feature Search Insights because it provides actionable visibility into real buyer demand for your domains, not just unfiltered search noise. While all registrar platforms receive some level of automated or bot traffic, our Search Insights data is carefully filtered to exclude that activity. This means it aims to show you genuine, human-driven, exact domain name searches, giving you a clear picture of true market interest rather than inflated numbers.

What Does the Data Represent?

The data reflects real, exact domain name searches. That means you see how many people have searched for your domain name. For example, if you own example.com, the data shows you how many times “example.com” was searched for on GoDaddy.

It does not include searches for keyword-only queries (like “example” without the TLD), or non-exact matches.

Search data is provided in three timeframes – 30, 90, and 365-day totals. Each timeframe is broken down further into:

• Unique searches: The number of individual users who searched for your domain
• Total searches: The total number of searches, counting repeated searches by the same user

How to Access Search Data

This feature is exclusively available to customers of GoDaddy’s Discount Domain Club Domain Pro. It’s the second membership exclusive, following the launch of Self-Brokerage earlier this year.

To access search data:

1. Go to your portfolio page on Afternic.
2. Click “Columns.”
3. You’ll see six new columns, covering unique and total searches for 30, 90, and 365 days.
4. Add the columns you want to your portfolio view. If you export your portfolio, these columns will be included if enabled.

How to Use This Data
