When a domain listing needs attention, you need clear next steps. Today, we’re launching the Resolution Center, a new dashboard from that brings listings requiring action into one place, with clearer statuses and next steps to help get eligible inventory live and seen by buyers, faster. 

For domain sellers, the payoff is straightforward: fewer obscure listing blockers and faster resolution to make listings available to buyers across Afternic’s distribution network. Sellers can now see what is holding listings back and resolve issues from one focused workflow. 

What the Resolution Center helps you solve 

The Resolution Center is a new hub in your Afternic portfolio for listings that need additional action. It gives sellers a clearer view of domains that are not yet live, why they need attention, and the next steps available to move them forward. 

Sometimes, listings need reviewing to protect buyers and sellers across our network, ensuring that domains listed on Afternic are verified and ready to buy. 

In the Resolution Center, you’ll see listings that may need actions such as: 

• Ownership verification. Some domains need ownership confirmation before they can go live. When that’s required, the Resolution Center shows the listing status and available action. Once ownership is verified, eligible listings are automatically submitted to go live, so sellers do not need to return and list them manually. 

• Pending review. Listings may fall into pending review status if the domain has expired, been moved to a different registrar, or Whois details change.  

• Compliance issues. Some listings may need additional review before they can be listed such as those containing trademarked terms. When a support conversation is needed, the Resolution Center shows that as the next step. 

Sellers have told us they want a simpler way to understand and take action on listing statuses, especially when working across larger portfolios or recent uploads. The Resolution Center is designed to reduce the work of finding and resolving listing issues by bringing issue visibility and available actions closer together. 

With each issue clearly identified, you can complete the available action, bringing your listing live again across our network of 125 million searches per month^.  

Taking action in the Resolution Center 

Each listing in the Resolution Center connects its status to the actions available for that domain, helping you move from issue identification to resolution without leaving the dashboard. 

Click the ellipsis next to any domain to see the actions available for that listing. Depending on the listing’s status, you may be able to view or edit the listing, resubmit it, verify ownership, delete it, export details, or contact support. 

For larger portfolios, bulk actions make it easier to work through multiple listings at once. You can select domains to resubmit where that action is available, start ownership verification for eligible conflicts, or export a CSV to review domain data offline. 

How to access the Resolution Center 

You can access the Resolution Center at afternic.com/domains/resolution-center or from the Portfolio menu in your Afternic account. Once there, you’ll see listings that need attention, with filters for status, price, TLD, and date added to help you quickly find the domains you want to review.
